I had a great stay at this hotel! It's super clean and new, making for a comfortable experience. The location is a bonus-easy access to the airport and perfect for heading to Hamilton. Breakfast was delicious, and I loved the warm cookies offered upon arrival. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my visit.
On the downside, the check-in process could be smoother. They didn’t explain the credit card deposit for extras well, which left me a bit puzzled. My room felt a tad basic for the price, and I wish there were more toiletries provided instead of just the pump dispensers. All in all, a nice place but with room for improvement!

Nothing to complain about, the venue met requirements, would recomand it. The food was fabulous and there were variety of dishes in the menu. The location was unbeatable and nice and the room was clean. Also, the hotel was 10 minutes drive from Papakura Bible Chapel. It was 29 minutes' drive from the airport.

The hotel’s location made it easy to access the motorway, and we loved the friendly neighborhood. The staff were accommodating, and our room was clean and spacious, perfect for our 10-month-old. We enjoyed the pool area, ideal for some relaxation, and the breakfast buffet offered a great selection. our room service experience was disappointing, and the restaurant did not meet our expectations. Despite this, I would definitely return for the warm cookies and friendly staff!

Immaculate and impressive rooms were available. The food was great with a lot of options. The pool was nice and the staff was amazingly friendly and hospitable. The setting was perfect, right by the airport and southern route, the closest bus and 2 bars and 5 bars...

The database provided an extensive range of amenities, making it easy to enjoy excursions and in-house services. The staff was consistently helpful, enhancing the overall experience.
One slight drawback was the occasional delay in room service, which, while minor, could interrupt the flow of an otherwise good stay. this did not overshadow the numerous positive aspects of my visit.
